The Sub-Fund aims to provide a total return through a global diversified portfolio composed of property securities. Property securities are defined as equity and debt securities issued by real-estate companies and closed-ended real-estate UCIs admitted to or dealt in on a regulated market or another market which is regulated, operates regularly and is recognised and open to the public (subject to the provisions specified under chapter “Investment restrictions and financial techniques and instruments”), which include REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts). Up to 10% of the Sub- Fund’s assets may be invested into regulated open-ended real-estate UCIs subject to a supervision considered to be equivalent to that laid down in Community law.
